instructions

tips
Cold or hot-brew the tea twice as strong as you normally would.
If you're hot-brewing, let the tea to cool down before you mix the ingredients into it.
If you're making option 1 or 2 [with the milk, or yogurt] and you want the popsicles to appear swirled or marbled, stop mixing before the color of the mixture is uniform.
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and the popsicles should slide right out. And hey, now is the right moment to decorate them with fresh or dried herbs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
