These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Rhoeco Private Company (Rhoeco PC) website. In this Terms of Use, “us”, “we” or “our” means Rhoeco PC, 150 Papanikolaou Ave., 57010, Thessaloniki, Greece.

By using our site you agree to the following Terms of Use.

All the texts, images, icons and illustrations displayed on our site are either the property of, or used with permission by Rhoeco PC. The use of content, including images, by you, or anyone else authorised by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by Rhoeco PC.

Any personal data you transmit to our site by email or otherwise, will be used by Rhoeco PC in accordance with the privacy policy of the site.

The content of our site is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

While Rhoeco PC endeavours to include accurate and up to date information in the site, it makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Rhoeco PC assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the site.

The above terms and conditions of the site and any amendments thereto, are governed and complemented by Greek law. For any dispute arising from the present, the courts competent to resolve it defined only the courts of Thessaloniki.

Purchase Guide

Finding a product

You can access the online store by typing the link www. rhoeco.com/shop on your browser or by clicking the "shop" option you will find either in the menu or at the top right corner of the website page www.rhoeco.com.

You can browse the products from the different categories or see them all together from the "all" option.

Choose the desired product. There are photos and the product description (Name, Price, Ingredients, Notes, Main Features). By selecting the tabs on the right side of the "Description" you can find the "Brewing Instructions" and the "Product Details" of the corresponding product.

All product prices are inclusive of VAT (when applicable) and the company reserves the right at any time to change them without prior notice.

Add a Product to Cart

After having selected the desired quantity of the product, you must select "ADD TO CART" to add the product to your order. Automatically, the "CART" tab opens on the right where it records everything you have ordered. To continue shopping, click anywhere outside of this tab. By clicking the "CART" indicator at the top right of the website page, you can check your basket and remove products (indication X) at any time.

Submit Order - Steps

  1. Add the desired products to the CART following the "Add a Product to Cart"  instructions as described above and select "CHECKOUT".
  2. To place your order, you have two options: you can either register or complete the purchase as a guest. If you already have an account, sign in by submitting your email address and password.

- If you prefer to register, you must fill in your personal information (Name and email address), submit a password and then fill in the billing address.

- If you prefer to continue as a guest, you must fill in your details and billing address.

- In both cases, if the billing address is different from the shipping address, then you must disable the default and fill in the shipping information in the corresponding field. After filling in the fields, select "Continue to next step".

  1. For any conversion you make to the quantity of your order, you must select "Update" to renew the Total Cost.
  2. You have the option to choose whether you want a gift package (Additional cost: 2€). In that case, the purchase receipt will not be included in the package, but it will be sent to the declared email. The gift box may vary depending on the size of the order. You also have the option to enter a coupon code (for the service to work, the code must be valid) and choose the shipping method.
  3. Select "Edit" to modify your billing and/or shipping information. Leave comments regarding your order.
  4. Choose a payment method and by clicking "Place Order" you will be transferred to a secure environment provided by the National Bank of Greece to enter payment information.

Payment Methods

1. Credit or Debit Card

All payments made using a credit or debit card are processed through the National Bank's i-bank e-Simplify service which is a fully certified system, compliant with international PCI DSS safety standards.

The system enables the card number not to be used at the merchant's e-shop in future transactions, by use of "Tokenization", whereby the card number is converted into a unique e-token.More specifically, the customer can revisit the e-shop to make purchases without each time having to re-enter his or her card details. This way, the company doesn't have to handle card details and is therefore compliant with PCI DSS specifications and requirements, while at the same time the quality of customer service is significantly enhanced.

In addition to the above, there is monitoring and protection from fraudulent transactions (Fraud & Risk Solutions):

NBG runs state-of-the-art risk & fraud systems that operate 24/7 365 days a year, and are provided to every merchant who uses the i-bank e-commerce service.

A transaction control service (Risk & Fraud Screening Solutions) is also provided, tailored to your specific business needs. In collaboration with NBG, you can set your own transaction control rules. The controls are performed online and in real-time, and take less than two seconds prior to sending the transaction authorization request.

Accepted Cards: i-bank e-simplify service provided by NBG supports any credit, debit or prepaid card of the international Visa, Mastercard, (issue of the National Bank or third-party banks), JCB.

2. Paypal

To buy with PayPal, select this payment method and click "Place Order".

Shipping method-Delivery time

Delivery time begins as soon as the order confirmation email is sent to the buyer. The processing time of an order is approximately 1-3 working days from the date of confirmation of your order, depending on the availability of the products. Delivery time depends on the shipping destination and shipping method.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the accessibility of the place of pick-up and/or delivery as well as they may be affected by force majeure.

  • Land destinations within Greece with ACS courier service : 1-2 working days
  • Island destinations within Greece with ACS courier service : 2-4 working days
  • European Union destinations with DHL standard delivery: 3-6 working days
  • Other European Union destinations and destinations with DHL  express delivery:2-8 working days

Free shipping within Greece for orders over 40€ provided by ACS courier service.

Free shipping within EU for orders over 150€ provided by DHL standard delivery service.

All above values include VAT and the company reserves the right at any time to change them without prior notice.

All applicable import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales taxes or other additional charges are sole responsibility of the customer. Local customs practices may require the provision of additional information to clear your order. These rules vary by country and it is the local government that determines duty and customs charges. You may contact your local customs office for additional information.

Order Tracking

In your account, by clicking "My Orders" tab, you can review the status of your orders (The service applies only to registered users). You will receive an e-mail with a link to track the package as soon as it  is ready for shipment.

Right of withdrawal

According to the distance selling directive (Directive 97/7 / EC), the customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product to voluntarily withdraw from the purchase the product by writing to us at [email protected] or by phone at +30 2310673087 (Monday-Friday 09:00 to 17:00) without justifying his or her decision. If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, then the deadline is extended to the next business day.

The product must be in its original packaging, sealed and in excellent condition for hygiene and health and safety reasons. Return of products that do not meet the above standards will not be accepted. The refund of the value of the products will be paid after the products have been received and after verification that they meet the above standards with the payment method followed in the order and within 14 days from the day we are informed of the withdrawal from the sale. In this case the customer bears the shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3a for distance and off-premises contracts shall not apply in the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return (products that can suffer deterioration and/or expire soon), for health and safety or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.

For health and safety reasons, tea products cannot be returned thus the withdrawal is not possible after the goods have been delivered.

Returns

The return of the products can be made after contact and confirmation from our part. It is mandatory that the proof of purchase or a copy of it is included in the return package. In case a product is defective or different from the one you purchased, you may return it and/or request a replacement by contacting us at [email protected]

The request for returning a product must be made within 3 working days from the delivery of your order. During your declaration we will ask you for information about the identity of the buyer or the recipient of the order so as to perform the necessary check before proceeding to fill in the missing products or replace the damaged ones. In case of a return, the process is done according to our terms and guidance.

Return of products purchased with promo codes will be based on the terms of the offer price.

Return shipping costs and shipping responsibilities are borne by the buyer except in the case of defective product or incorrect delivery of products. In this case the return costs will be paid by us.

Deteriorated food, drink or other products are not refundable.

Order cancellation

To cancel an order (fully or partially), you must contact us directly at [email protected] or by phone at +30 2310 673087 (Monday-Friday 9.00 to 17.00). This option is only provided before we inform you about the shipment of your order. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
